MyChartsOnline is a Web-based, Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system that is designed to do one thing very, very well: capture the patient notes of chiropractors in electronic form. By switching from handwritten, paper notes to MyChartsOnline, you will immediately experience a huge advance in speed, convenience and accuracy.

Everything about MyChartsOnline is geared toward time-savings and ease-of-use. Once you access the patient’s records with a unique ID, your previous note appears on the screen. Since daily notes often don’t change very much from visit to visit, you can simply update your last note, rather than entering a new one from scratch.

Because the system is Web-based, it doesn’t require downloading and installing a new piece of software. The system is available through a browser – which means you can gain access, wherever you have an Internet connection – in the office or at home. The billing department can access the online system and bring up a note to easily attach to a bill.
